Plugin release notes

For releases 9.0.0 and above, plugin release notes are now included in the SquashTM release notes. This page will no longer be updated.
A new plugin version is available with each major SquashTM release and, occasionally, with minor releases.
If a plugin is not listed in the SquashTM release notes, it means the only change is its compatibility with the new SquashTM version
